The Van Gogh – The Curved Stairlift is one of the most popular curved stairlifts on the market. It runs silently, which is a great feature and its ‘turn and go’ function allows it to be installed in narrow; tight staircases are a benefit to many. Once you are seated your seat will turn automatically so that your back faces the stairs, not the wall or handrail, during travel and thereby move your knees away from clashes with the wall or banister. Another great feature is that when your stairlift is not being used; it can be folded up to maximise free space. The seat, as well as the footplate and armrests can be folded up. This is a great feature if you are short on space.
The Rembrandt – The Curved Stairlift is designed to be installed on the inside bend of the stairs. If you want to keep your stairs clear for use then this is perfect for you. The track of the Rembrandt stairlift runs above the narrow side of the stairs allowing the broad section of the stairs to remain completely free; perfect for family members and friends to use. Like the Van Gogh, this lift also has the ‘turn and go’ function as well as the ability to fold up when not in use, so great for tight spaces.
The Flow – The Curved Stairlift is unique. It is the only stairlift which can swivel during the ride both up and down the stairs. This is patented and makes this lift capable of fitting most staircases, straight, around corners or even spiral. A perfect choice. It can easily work on narrow staircases; as narrow as 61cm (24 inches) by swivelling the footrest as it goes up; a genius idea. This is a compact stair lift that on the outside could look simple; but on the inside the technology is astonishing as it is extremely ingenious. The angle of the staircase can vary from -70° up to 70° which is just phenomenal; making this lift a great choice.
